Jeremy M. Rotter is Chief Technology Officer at ChorusRx, leading technology strategy, data platforms, and AI-driven initiatives to advance personalized medication management. With more than 25 years of technology leadership and software engineering experience, he leads delivery of innovative, pragmatic solutions—anchored in software and data quality, strong delivery process, and operational execution—that improve reliability at scale, fit real-world care-team workflows, and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
As Principal of Yellow Shark Labs, he led AI, data, and engineering engagements focused on pragmatic modernization, helping organizations deliver value in steady increments and build durable solutions that teams could own, operate, and extend. Previously, he served in progressive leadership roles at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, ultimately serving as VP, Chief of Staff – Information Technology, where he oversaw the operational management of a 160-member IT organization. Earlier, he led software quality for the organization, establishing and scaling the Software Quality Assurance function to meet the rigorous demands of healthcare environments. Prior, he served at IBM in cloud systems verification and IBM z/OS software development.
Mr. Rotter earned his MS in Computer Science and his BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
